MULL - Chapters 13 to 15 (50 miles)

In the book, David Balfour says that although it was only 50 miles, as the crow flies from Erriad to Fishnish, that he must have traveled a 100 miles. RLS does not give any clues and so we are free to find a suitable route across Mull. However our job is not made easy by the volume and speed of the traffic rushing to and fro between Carsaig and Iona. In addition Mull has some VERY rough ground in places.

Not to be missed are Erraid, Bunessan, Uiskin, Shiaba, Carsaig and the coastal path to Lochbuie.

Fidden and Craignure are the only two main campsites and both are special in their own way.
